During a maintanence or de-installation of light fixtures that are at a height of above 50 meters from the ground, they can either have inadequately installed fixtures or can get rusted over time by which some serious injuries may occur. According to DROPS, Dropped Objects are among the top 10 causes of fatality and serious injury in many industries. Dropped object incidents can occur also be happening by collision at the time of installation. Risks associated with Dropped Objects in industries are largely personal injury to employees but there are also financial risks. For example if a Dropped Object falls on a high cost equipment that lead to breakage of item, it will need replacing.
